Mr Blob ME: Minor Changes

Just a few small tweaks to make it overall better I think. A List for your viewing pleasure:

- Tuned down the Audio just to make sure it doesn't blast your ears upon starting it (Hopefully)

- Made the Upgrades move in place so they look like something to interact with.

- I put the info panels in just before you play the game just to make sure you get that information. Might be a bit fast but hopefully you can get the gist of it.
